Where are you located?

We’re located in Studio City, CA. Our full address, phone number, and directions are available on our Contact page.

Urgent Care

Do I need an appointment for urgent care?

Nope! Urgent care is walk-in only, available daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Just come in when your pet needs us.

What types of cases do you treat in urgent care?

We treat vomiting, limping, ear infections, wounds, coughing, loss of appetite, allergic reactions, and more. If it’s not life-threatening but needs timely care, we’re here.

How long is the wait?

Wait times vary based on severity and volume, but our model is designed for faster turnaround than traditional ERs. True emergencies will be triaged first.

Emergency Care & Hospitalization

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes! While urgent care runs from noon to midnight, our hospital is staffed 24/7. That means we can provide overnight care and accept transfers.

What happens if my pet needs to stay overnight?

Your pet will be admitted to our hospital ward for continuous monitoring and treatment. We have a doctor on-site every night, overnight.

Can I transfer my pet here from another clinic?

Yes, we accept transfers from other hospitals for overnight care or continued treatment. Call us to discuss your pet’s needs and availability.

Internal Medicine

Do you offer appointments for ongoing conditions?

Yes. Our Internal Medicine appointments are available Tuesday through Friday by scheduling in advance. We work closely with your regular vet or referring hospital to ensure continuity of care.

What types of conditions does Internal Medicine treat?

We see chronic vomiting/diarrhea, endocrine issues, complex infections, autoimmune concerns, and cases that need specialty-level diagnostics or second opinions.

Parking & Arrival

Where do I park?

We offer dedicated client parking in the back of the hospital, as well as valet parking. Street parking is also available.

Do I wait inside or in my car?

You can check in at the front desk. We’ll keep you updated on your pet’s status either way.

Billing & Payments

How much will my visit cost?

Costs vary by case. We’ll provide a treatment plan and estimate before moving forward with diagnostics or treatment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital wallets. Visit our Payment Options page for full details. We offer various types of payment plans: CareCredit, Scratchpay, paying in installments.
